Good location. Very friendly helpful staff Bad: Rooms are very basic. Poorly lit and shower and bath are barely big enough for an average guy. Bath mats are required too. Baths are very slippy when having a shower.

The room was really spacious and had more than enough places to store luggage, clothing etc The food served was really good and Id strongly recommend getting the Tapas one night as it was delicious. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Supermarket about 5 minutes away (if that) and there are some resturants a short walk away if you desire. Bad: No kettle in the room!! - but thats just because im British so its not an issue at all.

- The location - The staff Bad: - the room gave need renovation as for instante the painting. - decoration need to be redone. - is too dark for the weather in belgium - bathroom is nice, but could use some updates - I was excepting a bit more for 3 star - even if it was for one night: I chose this hotel for picture and confort of the rooms which I didn’t get it. - the lounge could use some love!

Hotel located at a strategic location in Antwerp, easily reachable by car and public transport. Rooms are relatively small but have excellent beds. Breakfast buffet offers both continental and British breakfast options with the typical elements. Bad: Because of the strategic location, the hotel attracts all kinds of crowds, including party goers. The lobby can be filled with loud people and some might even continue partying in their rooms... Our receptionist was a tough guy, probably used to all kinds of demanding tourists, but not friendly at all.

Staff is great, professional and friendly Bad: The infrastructure needs better maintenance, a bit of paint here and there and overal beter attention to detail. The hotel is noticeably becoming worn off.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, it was mostly clean except for some scratches and spots on the wall. Bad: The bathroom was very dark as there was only one small light, so the lighting wasn’t very good, our room was right next to the elevator so it was very loud.

Everything great, did the rooms very nicely, eveyday...all staff very proffestional Bad: only one thing was not appropriate....the mattress in my room was old enough... not good. Walls in the room were not painted and the layers were coming out, but it is not a complaint, only could be done with due course of time.
